Return Policy

Our first priority is always the satisfaction of our customers, so we always advise you to read our policies before you order:

  • We accept size and style exchanges, within 24hours of receiving the garment but the package will have to be posted by the customer within 5 business days. Mikeyla team reserve the right to reject the items that will be posted after this period of time.
  • There is always a possibility that a garment might not be in stock. In that case the customer is free to order a different style of his choice (that is not on sale) but he will have to pay the difference if the price of the original purchase is higher.
  • If you receive a faulty item please email us with your order number and a photo of the fault within the first 24 hours of receiving the package. Once we receive your request, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund of the garment for you. 
  • The garment must be returned in its original condition with all tags, bags, cards and everything included in the package. The items must be unworn, undamaged, fabric in perfect condition (not stained, no scents, hair) and not laundered. If the item will be found damaged in any way your request will be denied and you will be notified by an email.
  • Failure to supply the correct information regarding your order is not at the fault of Mikeyla.
  • Please note all shipping costs on exchanges are at the cost of the customer and not payable by Mikeyla. Mikeyla requires all return parcels to be sent via a secure, pre-paid and traceable postage method. Lost or stolen parcels are not liable to Mikeyla.
  • Mikeyla does not accept returns on gift vouchers and sale items.
